The Beverage Line Up
So the doc says we have to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Most teens don't even drink that much soda! It is really important that we drink water instead of soda at a game so we won't get dehydrated. 

You've seen the commercials. All of the sports superstars, sweating with Gatorade. It is good stuff and good for you.

SOBE is a new and refreshing drink. There are all sorts of SOBE drinks out, such as the Power, Lean, Knowledge, Black Tea, and others. It is really good and healthy, so if you haven't tried it, I suggest you do.
